Yong Zhao - future of education

THIS YOUTUBE VIDEO is excellent.
I've been a big fan of Yong Zhao since 2009, when he testified in the House Education committee.  His talk moved me to change my views about high-stakes testing.  I used to be a big fan.  But he showed clearly the damage they do.
This video is cutting-edge.  He's bold.  He wants education to be much better.  Education needs to be more personalized...to let children follow their strengths and passions.
